You have paid so much initial charges in policy that it will be better for you if you pay for whole term. ULIP are the worst investment for short term.

if it is a ulip, then there are two implications:
one, if you do not pay for 3 years, mostly tax deduction if claimed will be reversed.
two, even if you surrender the policy, icici will not be liable to pay back anything to you. you stand to lose all the money invested thusfar.

You will not get anything if you have not paid at least three year’s premia. You can pay the amount and keep it as a paid up policy. if it is a ulip policy get it surrendered when the surrender value is 100%
