Assuming Congress forms the Government with it’s allies at the centre,how would you rate the chances of Dr.Manmohan Singh becoming Prime Minister again,on a scale from 1 to 10?
Come on man tis obvious, hes the most eligible candidate from the Congress other than Rahul.
Rahul is young and has got time.
Of course he had to work along with the party people as India is not a monarchy.

Off course even Dr. Manmohan Singh is not a super human to be right at all circumstances, but look at his work and decisions from the past 5 years and also when he was holding the finance ministry years and years back.
Can find none better than him.
Since the congress has been univocally projecting MMS as the PM candidate, the congress will have to elect him as PM by taking into confidence other partners of the coalition. But MMS may not continue for long as the next incumbant Rahul Gandhi has already started climbing the steps and it appears if at all there is any hurdle it is only the concurrence of the coalition partners. Now you rate yourself on this issue.
