Second Fake Encounter Proved In Gujarat During Mr Narendra Modi’s Regime. What Is Your View On This Case?
I did not have lot of sympathy for the earlier one because Sohrabuddin was a registered criminal though that does not give license to the state government to kill him in fake encounter. But this one is the father of all the controversies. Because, these girl Ishrat Jahan and her three friends were kidnapped from Mumbai and killed in Gujarat in a fake encounter and after the encounter it was claimed by the Gujarat government and local administration that these folks were there to kill Gujarat Chief Minister and they belonged to Let. However Judicial inquiry setup by court found there claims to be wrong and Ahmadabad metropolitan magistrate S.P. To me this seems like a brutal murder to get sympathy of the voters. What are your views on this case? Before writing your views, keep in mind, what if this 19 year old kid was your sister/brother/son/daughter?
this frankly just made me sad…a 19 year old girl…what did she have to do with anything??..
no wonder some muslims believe that india will never accept them…
those supporting modi on this must realise that this is not about congress bjp…its about humanity…why is it that gujrath police has become modis minions??…why is it that gujrath govt is coming out in support of murderers?…it may be that this judge overstepped his jurisdiction..but his findings are true…how can this be a democratic state??…what happened to “innocent until proven guilty” and “fair trial” and all those nice things?….gujrath people must ask themselves this question…the country must ask itself this question…we must hang our heads in shame ..we call ourselves secular and democratic and all those things…it breaks my heart that this is happening on the very land that gandhi walked..its time for a little introspection..
EDIT: someone mentioned afzal guru..i would like to point out that it took 7 years for indira gandhi’s murderers to be hanged…people who conspired and killed rajiv gandhi are still not hanged…after 17 years..we dont make noises about that.. because there is a due process of law and we believe in our judicial system..and we believe that in the end we will get justice…our judicial system is slow but its fair..
hence there is no partisanship there by the congress…afzal gurus time will come…there is a process established by law and it will set a bad precedent if we dont follow it…

Justice should take it,s own course,If Modi govt. and any of his officer is found guilty in killing innocents , then they should be booked.
But Why Modi is targeted from all the corners ,all of a sudden,There might be some conspiracy is cooked inside congress laboratory..
But I hope Modi would come out victorious out of all this , and we will not loose a great political leader in the conspiracy.
EDIT— 6th aug 2009 ,an affidevit filed by centeral govt rectify that these terrorists are with touch with Muzammil abrahim of LET, and Javed allias Ramesh kumar pillai was born a Hindu who was later converted to Islam , who travels to dubai to work there , He was having 2 passports. one form cochin ( note down he was not even a resident of kerala).
Ishrat Jahan July 15 2004 Lahore based Gazwahn times (mouth piece of Lashker-e -tayiba) termed her as a Lady Mujahid of LET.She was sitting on the front of the car seat with her husband, acc to this news paper(these evidents are submitted in the court).
The car they were travelling was never regd as a Taxi.
Unioin of India was also awrae of the input that LET was planing to carry out some top level national leaders and State leaders .
Remaining two person encounteres on 15th june 2004 were pakistani n nationals and were sent by LET to carry out attack in Gujarat.One of them was earlier arrested by J&K police.
So what Justice Tamang have started investigation on 13th august as per high court order and completed his investigation on 7th september.(very fast by any standards), although it was given the time till 21st november.
And moreover the suspect DGP vanjara was not even intersoapected once in this investigation.
Boss a high level conspiracy is going among congress and Some of English media channel to defame Modi.Now Congress have stooped to such a low level , earlier they were defending Sorabudin now they are justifying terrorists.

Final Edit:– Justice Tamang report has been stayed by High court of Gujarat , also Gujarat HC has ordered a probe that why Justice Tamang has gone outside his jurisidication by exposing the report to media.I hope truth will come out and congress and Kapil sibble conspiracy to round up Modi will come out in the public.If it,s not He is still there in Gujarat Govt for next 4 years .Lete see what happens.I,m sure Congress will have to taste his own blood.
