Tell me how can i be sure that the MBA(Information Systems) from Sikkim-Manipal University as a distance learning programme is a genuine and valid programme. Whether, Sikkim Manipal University has the required affiliations and approvals to run the distance learning programme.

Yes, their MBA programmes are approved by the Distance Education Council, New Delhi; which is the sole authority recognised by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India for granting approval for distance education courses.
